- mkoverlay: Add comments, switch `rclone sync` to `rclone copy` for to avoid deleting remote files when uploading originals. There really needs to be a separate bucket for originals.

05d4d48 - mkoverlay: mkroot helper to create the root manifest (list of inventory files). Also includes helper rclone command builders for uploading media and metadata to R2.
