- dash-next: Move back to @latest next.js release. (I had moved to the preview release for an experimental config that adds support for Typescript 7. That config now appears to work in @latest.)

- cam: new mediamtx paths, (wuuk|wyze1)-patch-rec, that record on-demand from corresponding *-patch paths. Recording can be switched on or off for a given path by calling the API with PATCH /v3/config/paths/patch/{path} and setting `sourceOnDemand` to no or yes, respectively.
